Failure Required

Are you familiar with the term if it was easy everyone would do it? There is a lot of truth in that. Many different ways to think of it. Simply put nothing good comes easy. If it’s good it probably isn’t easy, and if it’s easy it probably isn’t good. It’s easy to understand this but hard to truly grasp it. Everyone always looks for the easy way out. The path of least resistance. It works for some. But not all. Some try their whole life to be the exception. Don’t be the exception, be exceptional.

If you want to be part of the 1%, you have to do what 99% of the population won’t do. Long hours, hard work. Nothing substitutes that. Why is average, average? Who determines average? It’s what everyone around you is. Exceptional isn’t found in doing what everyone else does. Those around won’t understand what you’re doing because they would never do it themselves. Like I said in the previous post, they’re the ones that don’t. Why would they? They’re comfortable. They do what their parents did. It’s easy. Path of least resistance. You will be seen as crazy. You will be seen as weird. Until it works. Until you have everything you dreamed up. Then all of a sudden you’re lucky. Right place right time.

So if it’s hard, good. If it sucks, good. If its the worst thing you’ve done, good. Nothing good is easy. So if it’s not easy, good. Stay strong. Stick to your path. Make it unique and own it. Nobody knows what you go through. The hardwork you do. Don’t tell them. Let your actions speak. Let the success speak. And at the end of the day, only you know what you have done so if you’re satisfied that’s all that matters. Never be satisfied. Stay hungry.
