Where I’m at Now

Over the past month, I’ve been diving deep into AI automation and testing how it can help businesses streamline their operations. Initially, I thought AI automation was limited to basic tasks—things like lead generation, follow-ups, customer service, and CRM management. But as I’ve learned more, I’ve realized that AI can do far more than just handling repetitive tasks.

A Broader Understanding of AI Automation

At first, I assumed AI would mainly assist with the obvious—reducing manual labor and increasing efficiency in simple workflows. But the deeper I went, the more I saw how AI can automate entire business processes from start to finish. AI can now:

  • Find leads automatically based on predefined criteria.
  • Qualify those leads using AI-driven chatbots or automated email sequences.
  • Engage and nurture prospects through personalized follow-ups.
  • Book appointments and handle scheduling without human intervention.
  • Facilitate sales with AI-powered negotiation tools or automated contract generation.
  • Process payments and send invoices instantly.
  • Automate service delivery (depending on the business type).

Essentially, AI isn’t just assisting businesses—it’s transforming the way they operate, from the first interaction with a customer to the final payment. And that’s exactly what excites me about this field.

Finding My Niche: Real Estate Automation

One of the biggest realizations I’ve had is that automation needs are often similar across specific industries. This is what led me to narrow my focus to real estate agents and small real estate agencies.

Why real estate? Because:

  • Agents spend a huge amount of time on manual tasks like lead follow-ups, appointment setting, and paperwork.
  • Many realtors don’t have a streamlined system, leading to lost deals and inefficient workflows.
  • There’s a high demand for automation in this space, but most agents aren’t aware of what’s possible yet.

By targeting real estate professionals, I can provide tailored AI automation solutions that eliminate busywork and help them close more deals with less effort. Instead of offering generic automation, I’ll be specializing in workflows designed specifically for realtors—things like automated lead follow-up sequences, AI-driven CRM integrations, and seamless transaction management.

My Next Steps

Right now, my focus is on:

  1. Becoming an expert in the best automation tools for real estate agents.
  2. Building my service offerings so I can confidently present them to potential clients.
  3. Landing my first 5-7 paying clients to kickstart my consulting business.

This is just the beginning, and I know there’s still a lot to learn. But with each automation I build, I get closer to my goal: helping real estate agents grow their businesses effortlessly with AI.
